Heyyy, my name is Anessa and I'm a western lifestyle photographer. I am so excited to be hosting this event for my fellow photographers who are looking to level up their businesses! I know from personal experience one of the best ways to grow substantially is to seek out the advice and knowledge of someone who is in a position you hope to be in one day. Behind every successful business owner you'll find a network and community that helps them be the best versions of themselves! One of the main goals of this retreat is to connect you to other like minded business owners who are kicking ass, taking names and want to share how they did it so you can too!

This retreat will be a cool opportunity to unplug from the world and plug into your business and skillset. Our location is at a lodge at the base of the central Wind River Range, where cowboyin' is still the main way of life for most. The scenery is breathtaking and the history of the area is as rich as it gets. We will be utilizing the wooden corrals and round pen during our ranch lifestyle set, where our subject will be saddling her horse & packing her mules as the sun comes up. We will have a wedding portrait set in the back pasture where the aspens create a lush cove, making for the most dreamy wedding scene. Our sunset couples shoot will be in the lake right behind the lodge, our subjects will brave the cold water so we can get some notebook vibey type photos. Finally, our second sunrise session will be a special guest model out in the dry lot surrounded by 30 head of horses. Each set is unique and will help add just the right amount of spice to your portfolio, while also challenging your creative side.

Along with our portfolio building sets, we will have 2 special guest speakers who will give you a deep dive into business, accounting, branding, connections, contracts, and so much more! They'll be happy to answer any and ALL questions you may have.
